This is a synopsis of the Saline County Board of Equalization’s July 8, 2025, meeting proceedings. A complete set of the proceedings is on file in the Board of Equalizations’ Journal, is of public record in the Saline County Clerk’s office and on our website www.salinecountyne.gov. SALINE COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION The meeting of the Saline County Board of Equalization opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. The meeting was called to order at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, by Vice Chairperson Russ Karpisek. Present were Karpisek, Brian Pribyl, Phil Hardenburger and Ray Rohrig Commissioners, County Attorney David Solheim and County Clerk Diann Nettifee. Commissioner Stephanie A. Krivohlavek was absent. Notice of said meeting was posted in the County Clerk’s office and published in all three county newspapers on July 2, 2025, in compliance with State Statutes. Karpisek advised those present we will abide by the open meetings act posted at the back of the room, all proceedings are electronically recorded and to please silence phones; Approved agenda as presented; Approved minutes of June 24, 2025 meeting; Approved Tax List Correction 2025-07; Motion Failed to approve exemption for City of Crete; Approved 2025 Change of Valuation notices; There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 9:40 a.m. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 9:15 a.m., in the Saline County Commissioners' Room, Court House, Wilber NE.
