Motion and second to open the Budget Hearing at 6:00 p.m. Michael Blobaum with Blobaum and Busboom reviewed and discussed the proposed budget with the Village Board. No public comments. Motion and second to close the Budget Hearing at 6:03 p.m. Motion and second to open the Final Tax Request Public Hearing at 6:03 p.m. Michael Blobaum with Blobaum and Busboom reviewed and discussed setting the final tax request at $165,100.00 and the tax levy at 0.447702 per $100 of assessed value. No public comments. Motion and second to close the Final Tax Request Public Hearing at 6:05 p.m. Motion and second to open the Special Meeting at 6:05 p.m. Received and placed on file the notices of the meeting. Motions approved by unanimous roll call vote: 1. 2026-2027 Budget Adoption; motion and second to approve and adopt the 2026-2027 Budget as submitted by Blobaum and Busboom. 2. Resolution 2026-05 – Set Final Tax Request; motion and second to approve, adopt and sign Resolution 2026-05, setting the tax levy at $165,100.00, with the tax levy being left at 0.447702. Motion and second to close the Special Meeting at 6:07 p.m. Motion and second to open the 2027 1 & 6 Year Street Improvement Plan Public Hearing at 6:07 p.m. The Village Clerk presented and discussed the proposed 2027 1 & 6 Year Street Improvement Plan as submitted by JEO Consulting. No public comments. Motion and second to close the 2027 1 & 6 Year Street Improvement Plan Public Hearing at 6:09 p.m. Motion and second to open the Special Meeting at 6:09 p.m. Received and placed on file the notices of the meeting.
