SPECIAL HEARING VILLAGE OF TOBIAS was held on the 2nd day of September, 2025 at the Tobias Fire Hall. Notice of the Special Hearing was published in the Wilber Republican newspaper on August 13, 2025. Board members present were Dick, Wolfe, Schafer, Baxa, and Santacroce. Also present was Susan Bartels, Village Clerk. The Open Meeting Laws are posted in the meeting room. The Special Hearing was opened at 7:34 p.m. Gary Dick, Chairman, presented information related to the setting of the final tax levy as published. The related resolution has been prepared. The floor was opened for public comment on the tax levy. All members of the public wishing to address the governing body were provided a reasonable amount of time to do so. There being no further business, a motion was made by Dick and seconded by Baxa to adjourn the Special Hearing. Motion carried with Dick, Wolfe, Schafer, Baxa, and Santacroce voting aye.
