NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing of an appeal of Milligan 1 wind turbines exceeding sound levels and also an appeal of the decision by the Board of Commissioners to change the decibel ceiling for commercial wind turbines from 40 dba to 50 dba, will be held at a Saline County Board of Adjustment meeting June 13th, 2023. The meeting starts at 7:00 P.M. and will be held in the Assembly Room in the Saline County Courthouse at 204 S. High St. Wilber, Nebraska. At that time public comment will be heard.
