NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE ON LAND WITHIN SALINE COUNTY, NEBRASKA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday April 16, 2024 at about 7:15 P.M. in the Assembly Room of the County Courthouse, in Wilber, the Saline County Planning and Zoning Board shall hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use application authorized under the Saline County Zoning Regulations to permit the land at NW ¼ of SE ¼ & SW ¼ of NE ¼ of NE ¼ section 8-5-1E to erect a 992 kW AC Solar facility on about 9.6 acres. Said conditional use request has been filed by: Today’s Power and Norris Public Power. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing at which time you will have an opportunity to be heard regarding this proposed amendment.
