NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE ON LAND WITHIN SALINE COUNTY, NEBRASKA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 30, 2024 In the Commissioner’s Room of the County Courthouse, in Wilber, the Saline County Board of Commissioners shall hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use application authorized under the Saline County Zoning Regulations to permit the land at NW ¼ of SE ¼ & SW ¼ of NE ¼ section 8-5-1E for the purpose of erecting a 992 kW AC solar facility on about 9.6 acres.
