MINUTES OF THE DEWITT VILLAGE BOARD SPECIAL MEETING held Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Village Office, 209 E. Fillmore Ave, DeWitt, NE Roll Call: Present: Chairman Fink, Trustees Rentschler, Weise and Workman Absent: Rahe Also present: Clerk - Moria Holly Chairman Fink announced that a copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the meeting room and is accessible to members of the public. Received and placed on file the notices of the meeting. 2026 Workshop - The Village Board discussed a few items ahead of the 2026 Reorganization Meeting to better prepare themselves. Ideas discussed were goals for 2026 for the Village, the Village Board and the Village employees. Also discussed was the procedure for conducting employee evaluations this year as well as salary determinations during the Reorganization meeting. These ideas will be finalized at the Reorganization Meeting. No action taken. Meeting adjourned at 7:14 P.M. All in favor.
