VILLAGE OF SWANTON PO Box 23 Swanton, Nebraska 68445 May 10, 2021 The regular meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Swanton, Nebraska was held at the Fire Hall in Swanton, Nebraska on the 10th day of May 2021. Present were Chairman Runty, Trustees: Strouf, Likens, Placek, and Bass. Alan Krupicka, Water Operator and Donna Rut, Village Clerk also attending the meeting. Notice of the meeting was given in advance thereof by posting as required by law. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. The Open Meeting Laws are posted in the meeting. The claims, minutes, and treasurer’s report were presented. A motion was made by Likens and seconded by Strouf to approve the minutes and treasurer’s report and pay all claims as presented. Motion carried with all members voting aye. Alan Krupicka, Water Operator gave his monthly water report. As there was no further business, a motion was made by Placek and seconded by Bass to adjourn.
