VILLAGE OF SWANTON P.O. BOX 23 SWANTON, NEBRASKA. 68445 DECEMBER 4, 2023 A special meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Swanton, Nebraska was held at the Fire Hall in Swanton, Nebraska on the 4th day of December, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Chairman Runty called the meeting to order. Roll call was answered by Runty, Strouf, and Placek. Bass and Likens absent. Also attending was Alan Krupicka, Water Operator, Doug Yantzie with Sargent Drilling, and Mike Schultes and Tyler Doane with JEO Consulting Group. Notice of the meeting was given in advance thereof by posting as required by law. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. The Open Meeting Laws are posted in the meeting room. The new well project was discussed with our new engineers from JEO Consulting Group. They will set up another meeting when facts and figures are put together. The old well, new well, and the proposed well site was toured.
