Todd Alan Emeigh, 56, of Bellwood, formerly of Wilber, passed away peacefully on Nov. 26, 2023, at Bryan East surrounded by loved ones. He made the selfless decision to donate his organs to save the lives of others.
He was born April 27, 1967, in Crete and baptized and confirmed on Oct. 18, 1987. Todd was known for being a gentle giant, hard worker, proud husband and father, loyal friend and the best papa. He and his wife, Lisa, were married for 36 wonderful years. Todd owned the Wilber Bakery for 11 years and then spent the following years as a contractor, owning his own business. He and Lisa were active members of the Bellwood Methodist Church and enjoyed taking their grandson to church services.
Todd is survived by his wife, Lisa; son, Ben (April), and their son, Bennett; son, Neil (Laura); mother, Sally Chrastil; brother, Wes, and children Carson and Cole; sister, Lori (Brian) Kozak, and children Seth and Kate.
Other survivors include best friend, Gordy Vlasek; family, Phil and Lori Severson, Doris Ourecky, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and devoted friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Emeigh.
The funeral service was Dec. 2 at St. Luke's Methodist Church in David City. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to April Emeigh PO BOX 15 Bellwood, NE 68624 to be distributed within Todd’s community at a later date.
