The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday March 12th, 2024, by Saline County Commissioner Chairperson Phil Hardenburger. Present were Hardenburger, Stephanie A. Krivohlavek, Russ Karpisek County Commissioners, Dale Strehle Crete City Councilperson, and Anne Burges, Crete City Attorney, David Solheim, County Attorney, Tom Ourada, Crete City Administrator, Deb Spanyers, County Treasurer and Diann Nettifee, Saline County Clerk. City Council person Anthony Fitzgerald and Kyle Franz were absent. Notice of said meeting was posted in the County Clerk’s office and published in all three county newspapers on February 21st & 28th, 2024, in compliance with State Statutes. Hardenburger advised those present of the open meetings act posted at the back of the room; Approved agenda as presented; Elected President; Stephanie Krivohlavek Elected Vice President; Dale Strehle Elected Secretary; Kyle Franz Appointed Executive Director; Tom Ourada Appointed Attorney; Anna Burge Appointed Treasurer; Deb Spanyers Appointed Clerk; Diann Nettifee Set regular meeting time and location; 2nd Tuesday of every month, at 6:00 p.m., in the Crete City Council Chambers, Crete NE.
