Sasek, Trustee, in the District Court of Saline County, Nebraska for an action in equity to abate the nuisance and to perpetually enjoin the person or persons maintaining the same from further maintenance thereof with respect to the following described real estate: The South Half (S ½) of Lot Seven (7) and all of Lot Eight (8), Block Eight (8), in the Village of Western, Saline County, Nebraska; Lots Nineteen, Twenty, Twenty-one, Twenty-two, Twenty-three and Twenty-Four (19, 20, 21, 22, 23 & 24), Block Sixteen (16), EXCEPT the East 60 feet thereof, in the Original Town of Western, Saline County, Nebraska; and Lots Three and Four (3 & 4), Block Ten (10), Original Town of Western, Saline County, Nebraska. You are being sued to demolish and remove at your expense, the buildings, litter and abandoned property located on the real estate described above; that in the event you do not comply with an order of this Court to abate the nuisances by demolishing and removing the same; that plaintiff be authorized to demolish and remove the buildings, litter, and property from the premises; that plaintiff be awarded judgment for all costs expended in abating these nuisances, together with the costs of this action; and for such other, further and equitable relief as the Court shall deem just and proper.
