NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE You are hereby notified that the following property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty, by Eric H. Lindquist, Successor Trustee, on August 11, 2026 at the west door of the courthouse, 215 S. High St, in the City of Wilber, NE 68465, at 09:00 AM for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Dustin Beck, unmarried, as Trustor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as nominee for AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns as Beneficiary, and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company as Trustee. The Trust Deed was filed for record on August 12, 2022, as Instrument No. 2022-01414. The trust property affected is legally described as follows.
