NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE You are hereby notified that the following property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty, by Eric H. High St, in the City of Wilber, NE 68465, at 10:00 AM for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Michael Keene who acquired title as Michael J. Keene, a married man, as Trustor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as nominee for Primelending, a Plainscapital Company, its successors and assigns as Beneficiary, and Matt Saathoff, Attorney at Law as Trustee. The Trust Deed was filed for record on October 27, 2020, as Instrument No. 2020-02071, and corrected pursuant to the Affidavit of Correction recorded on December 16, 2024, as Instrument No. 2024-01734.
