NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WILBER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The City of Wilber, Nebraska, Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 7 o’clock p.m. at the Wilber Cultural Center, 110 W 3rd Street in Wilber. The purpose of the hearing is to take action on request for a variance from setback requirements, as follows: 1. Request for variance made by Dave and Jan Rogers for construction of a covered deck on the west side of the residence at 611 S Railroad Street in Wilber, Nebraska.
