NOTICE OF PENALTY HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Lower Big Blue Natural Resources District ("LBBNRD") will hold a public penalty hearing involving the implementation of a penalty in accordance with the District's Rules and Regulations for Justin Niederklein's violation of the District's current moratorium on increases of irrigated acres passed by resolution at the District Board of Directors meeting on June 5, 2023. The hearing is scheduled for Thursday December 12, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at the office of the LBBNRD located at 805 Dorsey Street, Beatrice, Nebraska 68310. David Solheim will serve as the hearing officer for the hearing.
