CITY OF WILBER, NEBRASKA NOTICE OF HEARING APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF ZONING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Wilber, Nebraska, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 11, at 7:30 p.m. at the Cultural Center, 110 West Third Street, Wilber, Nebraska, to hear public comment on an Application for Change of Zoning. The subject of the hearing is to determine if there should be a change of zoning from R-1, Single Family Residential, to TA, Transitional Agriculture, on property located at 612 E. 1st Street, Wilber, Nebraska, also described as part of the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 15-6-4, in Saline County, Nebraska, as per the Application for Change of Zoning filed by Pedro Hernandez.
