Former Wilber resident and business owner Glenn William “Bill” Makelin, Jr., was born Feb. 29, 1952, and passed away Aug. 14, 2023.
A gathering of friends and family will be Friday, Sept. 1, at the VFW in Waverly, 13820 Guildford, from 4 p.m. until late. Those unable to attend are invited to write a story and send it along and it will be read that evening. Arrangements by Aspen Mortuary in Lincoln.
