CITY OF WILBER, NEBRASKA NOTICE OF HEARING APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Wilber, Nebraska, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at the Cultural Center, 110 West Third Street, Wilber, Nebraska, to hear public comment on an Application for Conditional Use Permit. The subject of the hearing is to determine if a Conditional Use Permit should be granted for construction of a tri-plex multi-family residence at 125 N Wilson Street, Wilber, Nebraska.
