WILBER CARE CENTER BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING March 13, 2023 PRESENT Chris Linhart Scott Albert Greg Hasenohr Joyce Wusk Stephanie Hroch OTHERS PRESENT Jill Rogman—Office Manager Matt Ross—RHD Nicole Lane—Guest The regular monthly meeting was called to order at 5:50 pm by President, Chris Linhart, at the Wilber Care Center. The minutes from the February 13, 2023, meeting were reviewed. A motion to approve the January minutes was made by Stephanie Hroch and seconded by Joyce Wusk. Motion carried. Revenue - Matt reported on revenue which was down due to less days in February. Discussed admissions and discharges. Expenses – Matt reviewed expenses, noting differences from budget due to census changes and price increases. Census – Wait list was reviewed. 3 Med A’s at the end of the month. Maybe a chat with Czech Village will be beneficial. Aging of accounts – A/R was reviewed, work is being done to collect one outstanding balance. Motion made to approve General Financials by Scott Albert, seconded by Joyce Wusk. Motion carried. Expenses – staffing and OT was reviewed. Discussion was held regarding the call light system and agency expense. Motion to approve Stephanie Hroch, seconded by Greg Hasenohr – motion carried. Old Business Range hood has been set in motion. Once installation begins, they mention 7 days the dietary will be shut down. Discussion took place regarding protective plastic to keep kitchen dishes sanitary. New Business Need to replace the hot water heater. RHD update – ERC coming together. Looking into IRS regs and the filing of 941x forms. Need to verify coverage periods that were used during the PPE process. Motion to approve ERC filing by Greg Hasenohr and seconded by Stephanie Hroch. Barb Dreyer was nominated and won the Lifetime Achievement Award. Hoping she can attend the conference luncheon in Kearney. Have 3 staff going to attend.
