WILBER CARE CENTER BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING July 10, 2023 PRESENT Chris Linhart Scott Albert Greg Hasenohr Stephanie Hroch Joyce Wusk- Absent OTHERS PRESENT: Brandy Garrison—Social Services Matt Ross—RHD Sonya Smith –Infection Control Chris Lane- Dietary Randy Homolka- Maintenance The regular monthly meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm by President, Chris Linhart, at the Wilber Care Center. General Financials Revenue – Matt Ross reviewed the June general financials. Census – Assisted Living Current: 25 Nursing Home Current: 32 Aging of accounts – Discussed A/R. No current report. Motion made to approve income section by Scott Albert, seconded by Greg Hasenohr. Motion Carried. Expenses – expenses were reviewed. No questions. Everything going well with new van. New phone system on July 13. Staffing/Overtime – Fairly low. Small variances discussed. Motion made to approve expense section by Stephanie Hroch, seconded by Greg Hasenohr Motion carried. Old Business Health Insurance- Discussion delayed. Administrator to ask Barb about spreadsheets to send to board. Budget- Reviewed and Approved. Previously sent via email. City Council Mtg. Will occur on Tuesday, July 11. New Business CD – Maturing- Approved to cash in Operating account – cash flow discussed. Room rates to increase in November/December, will need quotes. Will need to look at PTO conversion. Administrator to check and see what software program can offer. Ensure that Stan/IT is completing a weekly check on computers.
