Box 94 Tobias, Nebraska 68453 OFFIICAL PROCEEDINGS November 4, 2014 The regular meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Tobias, Nebraska was held at the Library in said Village on the 4th day of November, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Chairman Baxa, Trustee: Wolfe, Jess, and Krupicka. Elkins absent. Donna Rut, Village Clerk, also attending the meeting. Notice of the meeting was given in advance thereof by posting as required by law. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. The Open Meeting Laws are posted in the meeting room Discussion was held concerning the new well and the State Revolving Fund Loan. Water Operator, Alan Krupicka discussed the water test results at the test well. The claims, Treasurer's report and minutes were presented. A motion was made by Jess and seconded by Wolfe to approve the Treasurer's report and minutes and pay all claims as represented. Motion carried with all members present voting aye. Elkins absent.
