Box 94 Tobias, Nebraska 68453 OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS January 3, 2017 The regular meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Tobias, Nebraska was held at the Fire Hall in said Village on the 3rd day of January, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Chairman Jess, Trustees: Baxa, Aude, Kastanek, and Krupicka. Donna Rut, Village Clerk also attending the meeting. Notice of the meeting was given in advance thereof by posting as required by law. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. The Open Meeting Laws are posted in the meeting room. The minutes, claims, and treasurer's report were presented. A motion was made by Aude and seconded by Baxa to approve the minutes and treasurer's report and to pay all claims as presented. Motion carried with all members voting aye. After reviewing the letter from Ray Capek, a motion was made by Baxa and seconded by Krupicka to accept his rent payment. Motion carried with all members voting aye. As there was no further business, a motion was made by Kastanek and seconded by Krupicka to adjourn.
