Village of Tobias P.O. Box 94 Tobias, Nebraska 68453 OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS February 22, 2016 A special meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Tobias, Nebraska was held at the Fire Hall in said Village on the 22nd day of February, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. Present were Chairman Jess, Trustees: Aude, Kastanek, and Krupicka. Baxa absent. Donna Rut, Village Clerk also attending the meeting. Notice of the meeting was given in advance thereof by posting as required by law. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. The Open Meeting Laws are posted in the meeting room. Chairman Jess opened the One & Six Year Road Plan hearing. A motion was made by Krupicka and seconded by Aude to approve the One and Six Year Plan for Street improvement Program as prepared and presented. Motion carried with Aude, Kastanek, Krupicka, and Jess voting aye. Baxa absent. As there was no further business, a motion was made by Kastanek and seconded by Krupicka to adjourn.
