VILLAGE OF TOBIAS P.O. BOX 94 TOBIAS, NEBRASKA 68453 April 18, 2023 SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES The Special Meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Tobias, Nebraska was held at the Tobias Fire Hall in said Village on the 18th day of April, 2023. Present were Chairman Dick, Trustees: Kastanek, Krupicka, Smith and Wolfe. Village Clerk also attended meeting. Notice of meeting was given in advance thereof by posting as required by law. All proceedings hereafter show were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. The Open Meeting Laws are posted in the meeting room. Chairman Dick opened the meeting at 7:00pm. The applicant was introduced to the Board and questioned regarding past work experiences relating to the current clerk position. The applicant thanked the members of the board and left the meeting at 7:35pm. Board members discussed the applicant’s experience. A vote will be held at the regular meeting on May 2, 2023. Kastanek motioned, to adjourn, Smith seconded the motion, motion carried with Dick, Kastanek, Krupicka, Smith and Wolfe voting aye, no nays. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 pm. WR — May 03, 2023 ZNEZ
