VILLAGE OF TOBIAS P. O. BOX 94 TOBIAS, NEBRASKA 68453 The One & Six Year Road Plan Hearing of the Village of Tobias was held on the 1st day of September, 2026 at the Tobias Fire Hall. Notice of Hearing was published in the Wilber Republican newspaper on August 19, 2026. Board members present were Dick, Wolfe, Baxa, and Santacroce. Also present was Susan Bartels, Village Clerk. Schafer was absent. The Open Meeting Laws are posted in the meeting room. The One & Six Year Road Plan Hearing was opened at 7:40 p.m. The One & Six Year Plan is for normal maintenance only. The floor was then opened for public comment on the plan. All members of the public wishing to address the governing body were provided a reasonable amount of time to do so. There being no further business, a motion was by Dick and seconded by Santacroce to adjourn the hearing. Motion carried with Dick, Wolfe, Baxa, and Santacroce voting aye. No nay votes.
