VILLAGE OF TOBIAS P. O. BOX 94 TOBIAS, NEBRASKA 68453 DECEMBER 17, 2024 The Special Meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Tobias, Nebraska was held at the Tobias Fire Hall in said Village on the 17th day of December, 2024. Present were Chairman Dick, Trustees Wolfe, Baxa, and Santacroce. The Village Clerk was also present. Notice of meeting was given in advance thereof by posting as required by law. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. The Open Meeting Laws were posted in the meeting room. Dick called the meeting to order at 7:33pm. Public comments: None Wolfe motioned to approve all claims, Santacroce seconded, motion carried; aye votes Dick, Wolfe, Santacroce, and Baxa, no nay votes. Dick motioned to approve the Appointment of Kolby Schafer as Trustee to fill the remaining term of Travis Smith, Baxa seconded, motion carried; aye votes Dick, Wolfe, Santacroce, and Baxa, no nay votes. Schafer took the Oath of Office and was welcomed to the Board. Dillon Wolfe replaces Gary Kastanek, as Vice-Chairman of the Board. He will need to be authorized for financial needs of the Village. Santacroce moved and Baxa seconded to add Dillon Wolfe as an authorized signer on Village of Tobias and Village of Tobias Rural Fire accounts, motion carried; aye votes Dick, Wolfe, Santacroce, and Baxa, no nay votes. Dick motioned to adjourn, Schafer seconded, motion carried; aye votes Dick, Wolfe, Santacroce, Baxa, and Schafer, no nay votes. Meeting adjourned at 8:07pm.
