Village of Swanton P.O. Box 23 Swanton, Nebraska 68445 November 14, 2014 OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS The special meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Swanton, Nebraska was held at the Fire Hall in Swanton, Nebraska on the 14th day of November 2014 at 8:30 a.m. Present were Chairman Runty, Trustees: Strouf, and Placek. Kujath and Bass absent. Donna Rut, Village Clerk, and Alan Strouf also attended the meeting. Notice of the meeting was given in advance thereof by posting as required by law. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. The Open Meeting Laws are posted in the meeting room. Resolution #2014-3: A resolution to modify property boundaries and approve a subdivision conveyance for land in the Village of Sawnton was read. A motion was made by Stouf and seconded by Placek to approve the resolution. Motion carried with Strouf, Placek and Runty voting aye. Kujath and Bass absent.
