VILLAGE OF SWANTON PO BOX 23 SWANTON, NEBRASKA 68445 DECEMBER 16, 2025 A special meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Swanton, Nebraska was held at the Fire Hall in Swanton, Nebraska on the 16th day of December, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Present were: Chairman Runty, Trustees: Strouf, Placek, and Bass. Likens absent. Donna Rut, Village Clerk and Alan Krupicka, Water Operator also attending the meeting. Notice of meeting was given in advance thereof by posting as required by law. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. The Open Meeting Laws are posted in the meeting room. Tyler Doane and Leah Doudreau with JEO Consulting discussed the work done at the well site and possibly changing the position of the well. The USDA, Judd Construction, Riescheck Well Drilling commented through Microsoft Teams. The board and JEO visited the well site. The Grant Agreement with the USDA was presented. A motion was made by Strouf and seconded by Bass to sign the agreement. Motion carried with Runty, Strouf, Placek, and Bass voting aye. Likens absent.
