VILLAGE OF SWANTON PO BOX 23 SWANTON, NEBRASKA 68445 AUGUST 19, 2025 A special meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Swanton, Nebraska was held at the Fire Hall in Swanton, Nebraska on the 19th day of August, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Present were: Chairman Runty, Trustees: Strouf, Placek, and Bass. Likens, absent. Donna Rut, Village Clerk also attending the meeting. Notice of meeting was given in advance thereof by posting as required by law. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. The Open Meeting Laws are posted in the meeting room. This is a pre-construction meeting attended by Tyler Doane and Gabi Nielsen with JEO Consulting Group, Kevin Steele and Brett Kotscher with Judd Brothers, Craig Scheele with Plymouth Electric, and USDA representatives. All aspects of the project were discussed. The project will start as soon as supplies are received. As there was no further business Chairman Runty adjourned the meeting. Donna S.
