Present were Strehle, Brian Pribyl, Anthony Fitzgerald, and Phil Hardenburger. Russ Karpisek and Kyle Frans were absent. Notice of said meeting was posted in the County Clerk’s office and published in all three county newspapers on December 3, 2025, in compliance with State Statutes.
