This is a synopsis of the Saline County Board of Equalization’s May 13, 2025, meeting proceedings. A complete set of the proceedings is on file in the Board of Equalizations’ Journal, is of public record in the Saline County Clerk’s office and on our website www.salinecountyne.gov. SALINE COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION The meeting of the Saline County Board of Equalization opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. The meeting was called to order at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, by Chairperson Stephanie A. Krivohlavek. Present were Krivohlavek, Ray Rohrig, Russ Karpisek, Brian Pribyl and Phil Hardenburger Commissioners, County Clerk Diann Nettifee. Notice of said meeting was posted in the County Clerk’s office and published in all three county newspapers on May 7, 2025, in compliance with State Statutes. Krivohlavek advised those present that we will abide by the open meetings act posted at the back of the room, all proceedings are electronically recorded and to please silence phones; Approved agenda as presented; Approved minutes of April 29, 2025 meeting; Discussion Proposed home site & site acre values for 2025; 9:27 a.m. Public Hearing – Permissive Exemption Applications; 9:47 a.m. Public Hearing Closed; Approved Permissive Exemption Applications as recommended by Assessor; There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 9:48 a.m. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 9:15 a.m., in the Saline County Commissioners' Room, Court House, Wilber NE.
