RESOLUTION NUMBER 2025-03 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION WHEREAS, Richard H. Hovendick (“Property Owner”) desires to rezone the following legally described real property, commonly known as 203 W Fillmore Ave, from “C” Commercial District to “RU” Residential Urban (Single Family) District: Lots One Thousand Ninety-Four (1094), One Thousand Ninety-Five (1095) and One Thousand Ninety-Six (1096) in the original town of DeWitt, Saline County, Nebraska; WHEREAS, the aforementioned property lies within the Village’s corporate limits and is subject to the zoning jurisdiction of the Village of DeWitt; and WHEREAS, the Rezoning Application has been reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF DEWITT, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of DeWitt hereby recommends for approval to the Village of DeWitt Board of Trustees, to rezone the above-described property from “C” Commercial District to “RU” Residential Urban (Single Family) District.
