REQUEST FOR BIDS CITY OF WILBER, NEBRASKA STREET REPAIRS The City council of Wilber, Nebraska, is requesting sealed, written bids for street repairs to be completed at the following locations: 1. Repair of Third Street, also known as Highway 41, east of the intersection with Main Street, also known as Highway 103. 2. Repair of Main Street, also known as Highway 103, at or near the address of 115 North Main Street. Sealed, written bids will be received until 2:00 C.D.T., on August 8, 2016, at the office of the Wilber City Clerk, 110 West Third Street, Wilber Nebraska, 68465, (402) 821-3233, and must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked "Street Repair Bid." Bids will be opened at 8:00 p.m. at the regular meeting of the Wilber City Council to be held on August 9, 2016, at the Wilber City Clerk. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days after the date fixed for bid opening. The Wilber City Council reserves the right to waive minor irregularities and errors in any proposal if it appears such errors and irregularities occurred inadvertently and are corrected prior to entering into a contract.
