REQUEST FOR BIDS CITY OF WILBER, NEBRASKA PURCHASE OF MINI EXCAVATOR AND TRAILER The City of Wilber, Nebraska, is requesting sealed, written bids for the purchase of a Mini Excavator and Trailer. Sealed, written bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. C.S.T. on February 7, 2025, at the office of the Wilber City Clerk, 110 West Third Street, Wilber, Nebraska, 68465, (402) 821-3233, and must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked "MINI EXCAVATOR AND TRAILER BID ". Bids will be opened at the regular meeting of the Wilber City Council to be held at the Czech Cultural Center, 110 West Third Street, Wilber, Nebraska , commencing at 7:00 p.m., on Februaryll, 2025. Specifications may be obtained from the Wilber City Clerk. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days after the date fixed for bid opening. The Wilber City Council reserves the right to waive minor irregularities and errors in any proposal if it appear s such errors and irregularities occurred inadvertently and are corrected prior to entering into a contract.
