REQUEST FOR BIDS CITY OF WILBER, NEBRASKA DIESEL GENERATOR The City of Wilber, Nebraska, will receive sealed, written bids for the purchase of a Diesel Generator. Sealed, written bids will be received until 5 o'clock p.m. on Monday, August 7, 2023, at the office of the Wilber City Clerk, 110 West Third Street, Wilber, Nebraska, 68465, and must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked "Diesel Generator Bid". Bids will be opened at the regular meeting of the Wilber City Council to be held on August 8, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. at the Cultural Center located at 110 West Third Street, Wilber, Nebraska. Specifications may be obtained from the Wilber City Clerk. Each bidder shall list on a separate sheet any variations from, or exceptions to, the specifications. Said sheet shall be labeled "Exceptions to Specifications" and shall be attached to the bid proposal. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days after the date fixed for bid opening. The Wilber City Council reserves the right to waive minor irregularities and errors in any proposal if it appear such errors and irregularities occurred inadvertently and are corrected prior to entering into a contract.
