REQUEST FOR BIDS CITY OF WILBER FARM LEASE THE CITY OF WILBER, NEBRASKA, is requesting sealed bids for a cash farm lease on the following described real property: Approximately 42.6 acres of crop acres located on the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2 NW1/4) of Section 21, in Township 6, North, Range 4, East of the 6th P.M. in Saline County, Nebraska (Wilber Airport property). Term of Lease: 3 calendar years (2025-2027). Rent payment dates: One-half of the annual rent on April 1 and November 1 of each year, 2025-2027. A written lease will be provided by the City of Wilber.
