PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Wilber is informing the public that the City of Wilber had to bypass the wastewater treatment plant due to the large amount of rain that fell the night of 5-6-2015. The City of Wilber was forced to bypass the treatment plant to avoid any further damage to personal property and the wastewater treatment plant.
