PUBLIC NOTICE OF REAL PROPERTY SALE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEWITT, NEBRASKA In accordance with the Village of DeWitt Ordinance 6-117, public notice is hereby given that the Village Board of the Village of DeWitt, has authorized the sale by the Village of DeWitt of the following described real property by sealed bid to highest bidder: The West Half (W1/2) of Lot Numbered Six Hundred Ninety-Six (696), and all of Lot Numbered Six Hundred Ninety-Seven (697), in the Original Town of DeWitt, Saline County, Nebraska, more commonly known as 210 W York Avenue, Dewitt, NE 68341; Lots Numbered One (1) Two (2) and Three (3), Except the South Fifty-Eight Feet (58’), in Joseph Suiter’s Addition in the Original Town of DeWitt, Saline County, Nebraska, more commonly known as 206 S Lemon Street, DeWitt, NE 68431; Lots Numbered Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Block Two (2), in Park’s Addition in the Original Town of DeWitt, Saline County, Nebraska, more commonly known as Northwest Corner of N Hickory Street and E Fillmore Avenue, DeWitt, NE 68431; Registered voters of the Village of DeWitt shall have thirty (30) days after third publication of this Notice to protest the sale of these properties in accordance with the procedures set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. §17-503(4) and Village of DeWitt Municipal Code §6-117. Sealed bids must be submitted individually for each property and must be received no later than October 2, 2023, at 12:00 P.M. Bids shall be opened and awarded to the highest bidder on October 3, 2023. The Village of DeWitt reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
