PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 27th at 10:30 A.M. in the Commissioners Room of the County Courthouse, in Wilber, the Saline County Commissioners shall hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use application authorized under the Saline County Zoning Regulations to permit the NE ¼ of Section 23-8-2E to be used for feedlot expansion. Said conditional use request has been filed by Weber Feed yards. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing at which time you will have an opportunity to be heard regarding this proposed amendment. Written testimony shall also be accepted at the Office of the Saline County Zoning Administrator up to and including the public hearing.
