Patricia Kay (Cerveny) Wine, passed away on May 25, 2022, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Pat was an educator with a Master’s of Special Education from UNO. Pat taught special education for 35 years, teaching in Omaha, Kansas City, Missouri, and Phoenix.
Pat is survived by her husband of 42 years, Loren; daughter, Chelsea Wine of Phoenix; sister, Cheryl Weishahn, Lincoln; nephews, Clinton Weishahn, Leesburg, Virginia, John Cerveny, Hastings, and niece Jenny Lawrence of Kansas.
A family graveside service was conducted at the Swan Valley Cemetery in Swanton. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society or the Swanton Fire Department. Condolences may be left for the family online at www.kunclfh.com.
