OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS Village of DeWitt REGULAR MEETING BOARD OF TRUSTEES June 3, 2014 The DeWitt Village Board met in regular session at 7:00 PM at the village office on Tuesday June 3, 2014. Trustees present were: Badman, Wattjes, Weise, Mahloch and Brown. Also present were: Clerk Linda Schuerman and Lynne Parde. Visitors were: Saline County Deputy Sheriff Ben Valder. Received and placed on file the notices of the meeting. Motions approved by unanimous roll call vote: 1. Special designated liquor permits to RJ’s and Red Zone for the July 4th weekend. 2. Liquor license to Jenna Busboom for June 14, 2014. 3. Minutes of the May Regular meeting. 4. Bills and claims attached. 5. Treasurers’ report for May. Additional business for the meeting: Discussion on using a collection service to help in collection of delinquent accounts. The Board decided they were not interested in the Keep Nebraska Beautiful Program at this time. Mitch reported that things are going good with the pool this year. The Fire Chief reported repairs with the ambulance siren and one garage door will be needed. With no further business, the meeting closed at 8:30 PM.
