NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Saline County Clerk, Saline County Courthouse, 204 S High Street, Wilber, NE 68465, until Tuesday, May 11th, 2021, @ 10:00 A.M. CDT for the Saline County District Courtroom technology upgrade. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: technology and Webex AV upgrade, integration, installation, and training. The sealed bids are to be sent or submitted to the Clerk of Saline County, Saline County Courthouse, 204 South High Street, Wilber, NE 68465. Copies of the Request for proposal, Documents and Specifications are on file and open to public inspection at: Saline County Clerk’s Office, 204 South High Street, Wilber, NE 68465 and Saline County Clerk of the District Court Office, 204 South High Street, Wilber, NE 68465. Request for proposal, documents, and specifications may be obtained in person at Saline County Clerk’s Office 204 South High Street, Wilber, NE 68465, or by written request, emailing: amber.mulbery@nebraska.gov . Proposals must be signed and submitted on the forms furnished with the bid documents. Each bidder will be required to submit with the proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the Saline County Treasurer of Saline County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the proposal. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Saline County Board of Commissioners. The Board of County Commissioners reserved the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids. Awarding of the Contract will be in accordance with the eleven points enumerated under “Competitive Bidding; consideration”, COUNTY PURCHASING ACT, N.R.S Sections 23-3110 through 23-3114 and the County Board will, at their discretion, award based on the lowest responsible bid.
