NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING WILBER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The City of Wilber, Nebraska, Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 11, 2015, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Wilber Cultural Center, 110 West Third Street in Wilber. The purpose of the hearing is to take action on a request for a variance from setback requirements, as follows: 1. Request for variance made by Jon Pederson for additions to a residence and garage at 211 North Wilson Street in Wilber, Nebraska. 2. Request for variance made by Allen and Karen Ladman for an addition to a utility shed at 102 West Hickory Street in Wilber, Nebraska. 3. Request for variance made by Denise Bailey for a new building to be used as a garage/workshop at 523 South East Street in Wilber, Nebraska.
