NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING WILBER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The City of Wilber Board of Adjustment will hold a public meeting on Monday, July 14, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at the Czech Cultural Center, 110 West Third Street in Wilber. The purpose of the meeting is to consider an appeal and application for variance from the requirements of zoning ordinances, as follows: 1. Request for variance from setback requirements for construction of a garage at 816 West 1st Street, Wilber, Nebraska, filed by Robert and Elizabeth Gushard. 2. Request for variance from setback requirements for construction of a carport roof at 110 South Court Street, Wilber, Nebraska, filed by Darlene Zalesky. Public comment is invited at said hearing.
