NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING The Library Board of Trustees of the Dvoracek Memorial Library, City of Wilber, meets at the library for its regular monthly meetings on the second Thursday of each month at 11:00 a.m. Agenda for the meetings is kept current and is available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the library. The board shall have the right to modify the agenda at the meeting when convened. Notice of each meeting or change of date for meetings will be posted at the City Office and Library.
