NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WILBER PLANNING COMMISSION CHANGE OF ZONING Notice is hereby given that the City of Wilber Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 31, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. at the Czech Cultural Center, 110 West Third Street, Wilber, Nebraska. The purpose(s) for said meeting are as follows: 1. To receive public input and information regarding a request for change of zoning from Open Space to Extensive Commercial, on the real property hereinafter described. 2. To receive public input and information regarding annexation into the City of Wilber, the real property hereinafter described. Said requests for change of zoning and annexation are being made by Abeln & Associates Architects, P.C. The real property affected is described as follows: A tract of land located in the W1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section 15, T6N, R4E, of the 6TH P.M., in the City of Wilber, Saline County, Nebraska, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said NE1/4 of Section 15; thence N90°00'00"E, a distance of 51.50 feet to the east right-of-way of State Highway 103; thence on the east right-of-way of State Highway 103, N00°00'00"E, a distance of 300.00 feet; thence continuing on the east right-of-way of State Highway 103, N90°00'00"E, a distance of 20.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing on the east right-of-way of State Highway 103, N00°00'00"E, a distance of 430.00 feet; thence N90°00'00"E, a distance of 129.21 feet to the west right-of-way of B.N.S.F. Railroad R.O.W.; thence on the west right-of-way of B.N.S.F. Railroad R.O.W., S02°4’03"W, a distance of 430.28 feet; thence N90°00'00"W, a distance of 113.68 feet to the east right-of-way of State Highway 103, and the point of beginning. Said tract containing 52,220.92 Sq. Ft. or 1.20 acres, more or less. After the completion of said hearing, the City of Wilber Planning Commission shall take action to determine what, if any, recommendation to make to the Wilber City Council concerning the requests for change of zoning and annexation.
