NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Wilber Housing Authority has developed its Annual Agency Plan for fiscal year 2016 in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It will be available for review at the Wilber Housing Authority Office located at 316 S. Shimerda Street, Wilber, NE. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 12 noon, Monday through Friday.
