NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF WILBER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The City of Wilber, Nebraska, Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. at the Wilber Cultural Center, 110 West Third Street, Wilber, Nebraska. The purpose of the hearing is to take action on the following: 1. Request for a variance made by Steve Ourecky for construction of a garage addition at 216 South School Street, in Wilber. 2. Request for a variance made by Pedro Hernandez for construction of a shop building at 604 East 1st Street, in Wilber. The hearing is open to the public for purposes of receiving comment.
