NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE ON LAND WITHIN SALINE COUNTY, NEBRASKA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 4th, 2016 in the Commissioners Room in the Courthouse in Wilber, Nebraska, the Saline County Commissioners shall hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use application authorized under the Saline County Zoning Regulations to permit the land at the following locations: All sections of Atlanta Precinct, All sections of North Fork precinct, and the following sections; Section 19, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 of Township 7 Range 1E (Turkey Creek precinct), Section 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36 of Township 7 Range 2E (Monroe Precinct), Section 31, 32, 33, and the south half of section 28, 29,and 30 of Township 7 Range 3E (Turkey Creek), Section 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33 of Township 6 Range 3E(Brush Creek), section 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Township 5 Range 2E (South Fork), section 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 of Township 5 Range 1E (Olive). The application has been filed by Aksamit Energy Development for the purpose of building a Commercial Wind Energy Conversion System. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing at which time you will have an opportunity to be heard regarding this proposed amendment. Written testimony shall also be accepted at the Zoning Administrator’s office at the Courthouse in Wilber, Nebraska up to and including the public hearing.
